Tis near the end of the seventh season at the Prairie Dog when Sean Karrow and his film crew arrive on a late August Sunday afternoon to shoot some footage for a drive in theatre documentary which will be airing on the Bravo network in March of 2004. Sean's documentary is titled Fading Stars? (with a question mark which he also emphasizes) as he is on his western sweep of Canada, Sean admits that the question mark is appropriate as he indicates the theatres he has visited in central and eastern Canada are all doing quite well. Meanwhile back at the Prairie Dog, we too are happy to report to Sean that the level of business has been consistently growing in this rural setting over the last seven years. Sean does an interview with the owner and family then shoots a little skit with Ray Boutin who comes barrelling into the theatre grounds, unloads two cans of film and proceeds into the theatre's projection room to roll the film on to a large reel in preparation for this night's showing. Following the filming of getting the projector loaded up, the crew's work is done here and the're off to Regina to take in the night with the Cinema 6 Drive-in. In appreciation for the opportunity the Prairie Dog is happy to send along a large bag of popcorn and refreshments for the two hour road trip. 	Sean and the film crew, letting off a little steam, "We came all the way from Toronto and that darned Festus the prairie dog turns out to be camera shy!"
Well we can't interview Festus, but the Prairie Dog owner seems to be a bit of a ham, let's roll it anyways.
	I'm thinking this fuzzy microphone might get Festus to surface!
Lights, camera......where's the action?
	She's a beautiful day out at the Prairie Dog .....should be a good movie night too.
"Heh.....who's zoomin who here?"
	And roll em!
So why did you call this place the Prairie Dog and who is this Festus character anyways?......as the sound man straddles a gopher hole.....
